By accessing or using QuikCrop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

QuikCrop may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

QuikCrop provides browser-based tools for resizing, cropping, formatting, and exporting images for digital and social media workflows. The features available depend on the plan, subscription, or product purchased.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time, provided we do not materially reduce core functionality without reasonable notice where practical.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and intellectual property obligations.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

QuikCrop retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, its software, branding, content, design, and related materials, except where third-party materials are expressly identified and used under license.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and files. By using the Service, you provide us only the minimum rights necessary to operate and deliver the Service, such as processing files to generate resized or exported output.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription, plan upgrade, or one-time purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected product or plan.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date in accordance with the billing settings or purchase terms. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment or material misuse of the Service.

6. Service Availability and No Warranty

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every user requirement or expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikCrop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except where required by law, QuikCrop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of business, revenue, data, goodwill, or similar losses arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to QuikCrop in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the total fees paid for the relevant product or plan, whichever is lower.
